Hello and Welcome!

I’m a California transplant who moved to Puyallup, Washington with my family in 2015—and quickly fell in love with the fresh air, forest trails, and the breathtaking view of Mt. Rainier.

My background is in Nursing and Surgical Technology, but in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I experienced deep burnout. Working in a local hospital, I struggled with the emotional toll of seeing patients so critically ill. That’s when I was introduced to Reiki—and it was truly transformative. The healing and peace I felt during that first session left such an impact that I felt called to learn and share Reiki with others. Today, I’m proud to be a Certified Reiki Master.

My passion for holistic healing doesn’t stop there. I’ve completed extensive coursework in Herbalism, Breathwork. Alongside my healing practice, I also offer natural remedies, botanical skincare, and soy wax candles, crafted with intention and care, and always free from harmful chemicals.

The Healing & Retail Space

Thoughtfully prepared before each session, the space is smudged, charged with healing crystals, illuminated with candlelight, and dressed in fresh linen.

Typically, Reiki, and Sound Bowl Therapy is done on the table. Other accommodations can be made using the couch, or meditation cushions. Sound Therapy tools may be used during a session.

Candles, Aromatherapy Rollers, Wax Melts, Herbal healing Balms/salves, Natural remedies, and botanical skincare offerings are available to browse or purchase.
