Hello! I am a transplant from California. I moved to Puyallup, Washington with my family in 2015, and fell in love with the fresh air, hiking trails, and the spectacular view of Mt. Rainer.

My formal education is in Nursing, and Surgical Technology. In 2020 I was experiencing a lot of stress, burn out, and feeling unbalanced. While working in a local hospital, I was having a hard time coping with how sick my patients were from the effects of COVID; that’s when I had my first experience with Reiki. It was transformative. I was so amazed by the experience, that I felt called to learn and share Reiki with others. Fast forward a couple of years, and now I’m a Certified Reiki Master.

My passion for alternative healing modalities doesn’t end at Reiki. I have taken many courses in Herbalism, Breath Work, and have gone on to become a Certified PLR Therapist (Past Life Regression Therapist.) Along with a line of hand-made natural remedies, I also make soy wax candles.

Often times people ask about the name, “LoudHouse Wellness.” It originally started off in 2018 as “LoudHouse Candles.” I would make hand-poured candles and bring them to the hospital where I worked to sell in the break room. I chose “LoudHouse” because with having 12 chickens, a dog, and being the place where all the neighbor kids congregated, it was anything but quiet. Sometime people laugh because the name is contradicting to anything remotely relaxing. With that being said there’s no need to worry, I do offer a quiet space for all appointments.
